The vision was important, so for the Punch team to really know that vision, it had to spend time with those people in-house to bring it to life. Medcerts leaned on Punch’s expertise for not only handling the website makeover but also the entire branding, marketing, logos and color selection, so much so that Medcerts eventually got acquired by Stride Inc. for $70MM in an all-cash transaction.
